FAQ Renewal Information

Dear member,

If you are an existing or lapsed PJSA member wanting to renew your membership, please follow these steps:

–Login to the website. Enter your username and password. Your username is typically the original email address used to create your account. Please note: even if you have updated your email address, your original login username/email is still the same. Unfortunately, this is an unchangeable function in our software. You are permitted to change the email associated with your account, but not the username.

– If you have forgotten your password, please go to the forgot password link, and enter your email. An email will be sent to you with a link to follow to reset your password. Please be sure to check your spam folder.

– After logging in, choose and purchase a membership from our Membership page.

– You only need to go through this process once. After that, you’ll be able to renew your membership from your account page before it expires, or it will auto-renew, depending on the preferences you have on your account.
